Fighting Childhood Cancer Clusters
One Community at a Time

Trevor’s Trek Foundation (TTF) is committed to its mission to help facilitate research into the causes of  childhood cancer and to develop the means to eradicate those causes. In 2016 National legislation was signed into law entitled Trevor’s Law to help pinpoint and eradicate predatory cancers caused by exposure to toxins in our environment.

We believe in creating healthy environments and fostering more awareness for those affected by childhood cancer.  TTF has built, in Boise, Idaho, a Children’s Cancer Pavilion in Julia Davis Park.  The combination of an online presence and a solid-ground meeting place gives cancer patients, their families, survivors and the general public an opportunity to join together to share and learn from each other’s experiences.  TTF will continue to shine as a beacon of hope promoting the belief, “Positive actions are the beginning of positive results.

Trevor’s Trek has also launched our Childhood Cancer Cluster Buster Program. We are collecting data on childhood cancer cases throughout the country through our Community Impact Form and then mapping that data to further prove the need to implement Trevor’s Law and protect our children and communities from toxic predators.

As a two-time cancer survivor, I know that cancer can come from many sources. This legislation may provide the answers to questions that many families face when confronting disease, and it’s important that we find ways to help Americans fully understand disease clusters. Through increasing federal agency coordination and accountability and providing more resources to affected communities, families will have more information and tools to maintain health and well-being.

Trevor is a young man from Idaho who beat a brain tumor. And he just made it his life’s work as a youth to try to get greater exposure for something I’ve been working on for years. Trevor’s Law is very inspirational.
